- Unreviewed: Monitor events or tasks that have not yet been reviewed by managers or supervisors.
- Email Shared: Track instances where emails regarding coaching or feedback have been shared with drivers.
- Email Acknowledged: Monitor the acknowledgment of coaching emails by drivers, ensuring effective communication.
- Pending: Keep track of coaching tasks or events that are pending completion or review.
- Overdue: Highlight coaching tasks or events that are past their due dates, facilitating timely follow-up.
- Completed: Track and review coaching tasks or events that have been successfully completed.

Use of Driver Coaching
- View Events: In the table provided, view all events performed by drivers, including details such as time of occurrence, driver review status, manager review status, coaching status, due date, and review date.
- Select Driver: Start by selecting a driver from the provided list. This list includes all drivers within your fleet or organization.
- Retrieve Information: Once a driver is selected, the Driver Coaching widget retrieves valuable information about coaching-related metrics for that driver.
- Analysis: Utilize the retrieved data to assess the selected driver's coaching performance. Evaluate trends, identify areas for improvement, and ensure timely follow-up on pending or overdue tasks.
- Optimization: Based on the analysis, take proactive measures to optimize coaching effectiveness and driver performance. This may involve adjusting coaching strategies, providing additional support, or setting clear objectives.
