Driver Activity - Phone

If the driver is talking on the phone, a Driver Activity alert is generated. A confidence value with each alert is provided. (Based on a set confidence threshold, an alert can be sent)

Note: Currently, an alert will be generated when the driver holds the phone close to his ear (ie. talking via earpiece). This includes events in other cases such as the driver talking on speaker holding the phone in hand away from the ear. No alert for average speed < 20 mph (this setting is configurable). If the driver has the phone below in the video frame and he is texting or looking at the phone a agze distraction is detected.
